RETURNS

PROCEDURE FOR RETURN

The purchased goods may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. The returns made after the deadline may be accepted only at the discretion of GLAMTOP di VALENTE CATALDO.

The refund is credited to the credit card or debit card used for purchase, on the current account or by other means agreed with the customer.

For return send an e-mail to [email protected] for the permission.
In return request you must state the order number and the items that you return.

Do not send products before receiving permission.

Glamtop.com sends the authorization to return and the address to send the parcel. The unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Glamtop.com sends an e-mail when riceve the items and after starts the refund procedure.

The refund  made within 15 days from the date on which Glamtop.com has received the items.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

The products that must be returned must not have been worn, used or damaged. Must still submit all the original labels and security seals intact.

Shoes must be tried on a carpet and must be in the original box, which is part of the product. The shoes sent without box or in a damaged box will be returned to the customer.

The lingerie and swimwear must be tried on over your underwear, without removing the protective seal.
If the adhesive has been removed or the items were crumpled, the return will not be accepted and the items will be returned to the customer.

We will not accept returns that do not meet all the requirements.

CHANGES

You can replace your product with a different size or a different color within 14 days from the date of delivery and provided that it is available.

For replace you need to send an e-mail your request to [email protected]
For the replace you have to wait for authorization to return issued by Glamtop.com Unauthorized replace are not accepted.

Please refer to the methods discussed in "Procedure for Return".
Enter your order number and the new measure or the new color, respecting the conditions of the return process.
If you want to change to another article, please request a refund and to make a new purchase separately.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Are considered defective products the items received damaged or that manifest origin lack of conformity. Any defects are not attributable to GLAMTOP di Valente Cataldo.

It is possible to request the change of the defective product within 14 days from the date of delivery, following the same steps of Returns. In such cases, Glamtop.com will organize the replacement of the defective item with an identical, if available, or to repair it if possible.

The replacement product will be sent by courier to the customer without additional shipping costs.

If the replacement or repair of the product were not possible Glamtop.com will refund.
Refund, including the shipping costs, when it comes to the origin defective product, is made on the same credit card or debit card used for payment by the customer.

RETURN OF GIFTS

In the case of products purchased and sent as gifts, the return can be exercised exclusively by the customer and in no case by the gift recipient, following the same steps Returns.
It is understood that the integrity of the product is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
